Overview

Chimvlexryxanord sells time-based walking facilitation, route planning support, and downloadable planning aids. Because many offerings involve calendar coordination, this policy balances flexibility with commitments to facilitators and venues.

Consumer protection. Nothing here limits non-excludable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or equivalent laws elsewhere.

Facilitated sessions and workshops

For publicly listed walks or private bookings secured with payment:

  • Cancellations received at least five full business days before the start time receive a refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable permit or room deposits we already committed.
  • Cancellations inside five business days may receive a fifty percent credit toward a rescheduled session within ninety calendar days, provided facilitator capacity exists.
  • No-shows without notice are generally non-refundable, though we may make compassionate exceptions for documented emergencies.

Weather and safety interruptions

If MetService issues warnings that make an outdoor segment unsafe, we may convert a session to a shorter indoor briefing or postpone. You may choose a full refund when we cancel outright, or accept the modified format if we mutually agree it still delivers value.

Digital worksheets and packs

Once a download link is delivered, purchases are final except where files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to our error. Report defects within seven days with a description and screenshot; we will replace the asset or refund within ten business days.

Custom-branded PDFs prepared for a specific client may be non-refundable after delivery if work has already been performed; we clarify this in the statement of work.

Corporate invoicing

Organisations billed on net-thirty terms may dispute line items in writing within fourteen days of the invoice date. Approved credits appear on the next invoice or as a bank transfer within thirty days. Late payment fees, if any, are stated in the engagement letter.

Multi-session bundles

If you purchase a bundle of walks, refunds apply only to unused sessions, calculated pro-rata against the bundle discount. Administrative fees may apply to partial refunds to cover scheduling overhead.

How to request a return or credit

Refund processing times

Approved card refunds typically reach your issuer within five to ten business days depending on bank pipelines. Bank transfer refunds require accurate account details and may take up to three additional days domestically.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can trace the payment and resolve good-faith errors. Unresolved fraud claims will be cooperated with fully.
